Delivery Information
Delivery Destinations:
We deliver to mainland destinations within the United Kingdom only.
(England, Scotland, Wales.)
Please Note: For security reasons we will only dispatch goods to the to the card billing address. If you select an alternative delivery address on the checkout page this will delay your order whilst we perform extra security checks and verbally seek your agreement before proceeding with the order.
How much will it cost and how quickly will my order be delivered?
To make shopping with us as simple as possible our standard delivery charge is £8.95 + VAT per order. Large and heavy Items like interactive whiteboards and all in one Interactive system will incur an additional surcharge.
Delivery Time Scale:
Once we have received your confirmed order the goods will in most instances be dispatch on a next working day delivery service.
Next day delivery is only available for orders that:
* Are placed between 9:00am and 1:30 pm Monday to Friday excluding Public and Bank Holidays.
* Payment process has been completed and authorised by our accounts department.
* We or our Suppliers have stock available and ready for shipping on the day of order.
To reduce issues with end of line and damaged stock we deal direct with the product manufacturer and there nominated distributors. This means that from time to time certain large items and high demand items might not be readily available for immediate delivery.
Should there be an issue with your order that will delay the delivery process i.e. payment authorisation or products out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible. If the item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock or no longer available you will be offered the option of canceling the full or part order with a full or part payment refund.
Who do we Use:
Our nominated parcel carriers are: UPS, City Link, TNT and Royal Mail. The specific carrier used to dispatch your goods will depend on the size, weight and quantities of the product you have ordered.
Our parcel delivery methods are a "Signed For Service". This means that the carrier will only deliver the goods if there is someone to sign for and accept the delivery.
If there isn't anyone available when the carrier tries to deliver your order, they will leave a card with details of when they attempted to deliver and there contact details so that you can arrange for redelivery or collection of the goods.
If you choose to collect from the carrier, you will need to take some form of ID.
The carriers will only hold the goods for a limited number of days, therefore it is important that you get in touch with them ASAP. If you do not collect or take receipt of the goods they will be returned to us. You will be liable for any additional charges made by the carrier for returning or redelivery of the goods.
