Delivery Destinations
We deliver to destinations within the United Kingdom - England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales only.Please Note: For security reasons we reserve the right to only dispatch goods to the card billing address. If you select an alternative delivery address on the checkout page this could delay your order whilst we perform extra security checks and verbally seek the card holders agreement before proceeding with the order.
Note: If you hold a business card please ensure that the address used for the credit card payment is as displayed on the credit card statement and not your office address as this can sometimes be different and will mean that your payment will fail.
How much will it cost and how quickly will my order be delivered?
To make shopping with us as simple as possible our standard UK delivery charge is £6.67 + VAT per order. Additional charges may apply for very large or heavy items, this will be displayed on the shopping cart prior to completing your order.
*Time Scale:
Once we have received your confirmed order delivery will normally take place within 1-3 working days.
* Are placed between 9:00am and 1:00 pm Monday to Friday excluding Public and Bank Holidays.
* Payment process has been completed and authorised by our accounts department.
* We or our Suppliers have stock available and ready for shipping on the day of order.
Should there be an issue with your order that will delay the delivery process i.e. payment authorisation or products out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible. If the item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock or no longer available you will be offered the option of canceling the full or part order with a full or part payment refund.
Who do we Use:
Our nominated parcel carriers are: City Link and TNT. The specific carrier used to dispatch your goods will depend on the size, weight and quantities of the product you have ordered.
Our parcel delivery methods are a "Signed For Service". This means that the carrier will only deliver and leave the goods if there is someone to accept the delivery and provide a signature.
If there isn't anyone available when the carrier tries to deliver your order, they will leave a card with details of when they attempted to deliver and there contact details so that you can arrange for redelivery or collect in person from the carriers distribution depot.
If you choose to collect from the carrier, you will need to take some form of ID.
The carriers will only hold the goods for a limited number of days, therefore it is important that you get in touch with them ASAP. If you do not collect or take receipt of the goods they will be returned to us. You will be liable for any additional charges made by the carrier for returning or redelivery of the goods.
Additional Charges:
We display and charge UK V.A.T on all goods at the current rate. Any additional taxes or charges incurred for shipping to your country will be your responsibility. In some cases you can claim these charges back including UK V.A.T but will be your responsibility to do so.
