How do i place an order?
- How do i place an order
  We accept orders placed in a number of ways:
  - Online
    The simplest and quickest way to place an order is to use our online shopping basket. This way all the correct information will immediately be processed on our system. This also allows you to track your orders and shipping status online.
  - By Fax
    This method of ordering is for Education and Public institutions plus companies for whom we agree to offer credit terms to and who can order against invoice.
    
    Please note that we cannot offer credit terms to private individuals.
  - By email
    You can also send your order by email: the relevant details such as delivery address and invoice address as well as the method of payment need to be included.
  - By Post
    We will of course accept orders and payment sent by post. please advise us of your full order details and contact number plus email address in the letter.
  - by telephone
    We are more than happy to offer advice but are unable to process card payments over the telephone.
