The Evoko Meeting Room Manager is a simple, stylish solution that takes the pain out of booking meeting and training rooms – both booking them and knowing when they have been booked.
Unclear procedures, double bookings and uncertainty about whether a room is free or not can be banished to the past, making the whole system far more professional, stream-lined, easy-to-use and ultimately less likely to fail.
Evoko room manager consists of an 8" touch sensitive screen, the screen is wall mounted outside of the meeting room and is connected directly to your company exchange server.
At point of booking, all users need to do is simply book the room using Microsoft Outlook (on Exchange), which means that the IT department has no more of a network headache than creating a new system user. Outlook then synchronises bookings in real time.

System Integration
The Evoko Room Manager integrates with Microsoft Exchange (with no software or system changes) to clearly display the meeting room status outside the room - where everyone can see it.
Book using Microsoft Outlook or from the touch-sensitive screen, to view, make, extend or cancel meetings. Evoko also indicates alternative free rooms and allows in-room equipment faults to be reported ensuring rooms remain functional and efficient.
